イントラサーバのHTTPプロセスが生きているか確認するのに、wgetを使うこととした。
Wgetで該当のURLのページを取得する。
結果にRefusedがあれば、通知を行う。
OUTLOOKと組み合わせて、ポップアップをあげるようにした。

Zaurusの延命策
OUTLOOK2007になってしまったため、OUTLOOKとの同期がとれなくなった。
ザウルスショットはFTPで置き換え可能だったが、スケジュールを持ち運べないのは致命的。。
VitrualPCにてWindows2000を立てて、VitrualPCのUSB共有機能で、
Windows2000にザウルスを認識させた。
OUTLOOKはWindows2000でOutlookXPにてExchangeサーバよりスケジュールを持って来るようにした。
そのほか、PC-ANYやVista機で使えないソフトはWindows2000でしのぐことにした。

上記を参考にインストールするとすんなりと動作した。
ログの習得が確認できないが、まぁ、OKとする。
これで2年縛り（残1年）のCF PHSカードを有効活用できる。

zaurus qpop メインメモリーに残るゴミメール自動削除
ザウルス Qpopでのゴミメールの削除について
QpopでGmailをIMAPで受信すると、メインメモリーに受信されたメールがゴミとして残る。
1年くらい使い続けていると、15MBytes以上に膨れ上がっていて、
メインメモリーを圧迫していた。
IMAPだとGmailと同期をとると見た目上は消えているので、
まさかゴミが残っているとは思わなかった。
もともとはSDカードに保存場所を変えれないか考えていたが、めんどくさいので、
一括削除することにした。
環境：SL-C860/SL-C1000で確認済み
注意点：ネットワーク切断時にダウンロードした受信メールを無条件ですべて削除する。
送信メールなどは残しておく。（触っていない）
受信メールを残したい場合は、保存フォルダなどに保存する必要あり。
※再度ダウンロードすればいいだけなのだけど。
ゴミを消す方法としては、
# pwd
/home/zaurus/Documents/.qpop/.inbox.○○○@gmail.com@imap.gmail.com.993
rm *2e993
○○○@gmail.com は自分のアカウント
# rm /home/zaurus/Documents/.qpop/.inbox.○○○@gmail.com@imap.gmail.com.993/*2e993
※ファイルの末尾がたまたま2e993だったのでそれを一括で消すことにした。

削除するのを自動でするのにネットワークに接続したタイミングで実施する。
今回は、無線 LAN カードがネットワークから切断したときに実行したいので、
/etc/pcmcia/network の ” stop_fn $DEVICE” 実行時に削除を実行する。

VirtualBOXでのWindows2000のインストールについて
Oracle VM VirtualBOXでWindows2000を入れようとすると、
ネットワークのコンポーネントインストール時にリブートがかかり、
その先に進めず、インストールができない。
これは、Windows2000のHDDドライバのバグで、
ヘルプファイルの12．3.3にも記載されている。
回避方法は、Dosプロンプトから、以下のコマンドを実行する。

cd C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox
VBoxManage setextradata "win2k" "VBoxInternal/Devices/piix3ide/0/Config/IRQDelay" 1
↑VirtualBOX設定ファイル名

12.3.3. Windows 2000 installation failures
When installing Windows 2000 guests, you might run into one of the following issues:
Installation reboots, usually during component registration.
Installation fills the whole hard disk with empty log files.
Installation complains about a failure installing msgina.dll.
These problems are all caused by a bug in the hard disk driver of Windows 2000. After issuing a hard disk request, there is a race condition in the Windows driver code which leads to corruption if the operation completes too fast, i.e. the hardware interrupt from the IDE controller arrives too soon. With physical hardware, there is a guaranteed delay in most systems so the problem is usually hidden there (however it should be possible to reproduce it on physical hardware as well). In a virtual environment, it is possible for the operation to be done immediately (especially on very fast systems with multiple CPUs) and the interrupt is signaled sooner than on a physical system. The solution is to introduce an artificial delay before delivering such interrupts. This delay can be configured for a VM using the following command:
VBoxManage setextradata "VM name"
"VBoxInternal/Devices/piix3ide/0/Config/IRQDelay" 1
This sets the delay to one millisecond. In case this doesn't help, increase it to a value between 1 and 5 milliseconds. Please note that this slows down disk performance. After installation, you should be able to remove the key (or set it to 0).
